No person shall make known the identity of a victim of an offence under this Chapter or disclose any facts from which the identity of such victim may be known, except with the permission of the victim or where the victim is a child, with the permission of the next of kin of the victim with the order of the competent court.

Whoever contravenes the provisions of this section shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
