- The arbitral tribunal may fix the amount which each party has to deposit as an advance for the costs referred to in sub-section (8) of section 31, and the fees and expenses referred to in sub-section (1) of section 38.
- During the course of the arbitral proceedings, the arbitral tribunal may require supplementary deposits from the parties.
- If the required deposits are not paid in full within thirty days after the receipt of the request, the arbitral tribunal may suspend or terminate the arbitral proceedings.
- Upon termination of the proceedings, the arbitral tribunal shall render an accounting to the parties of the deposits received and shall return any unexpended balance to the parties.
