Section 10B

Cancellation of licence or certificate or approval

Notwithstanding anything contained in thisAct, if any person contravenes any of the provisions of thisAct or the rules made thereunder, the licence, certificate

or approval issued to such person under this Act may be suspended or cancelled in such manner as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules.
