- If upon any such inspection and examination as aforesaid it shall be, found that the drain, ventilation shaft or pipe, cesspool, house gully, water-closet, privy, latrine or urinal [or bathing or washing place] [These words were inserted by Bombay 5 of 1905, Section 32(1).] examined is in proper order and condition, and that none of the provisions of this Chapter has been contravened in respect of the construction or maintenance thereof, and that no encroachment has been made thereupon, the ground or portion of any building, drain or other work, if any opened, broken up or removed for the purpose of such inspection and examination shall be filled in, reinstated and made good by the Commissioner.
