- All drains, ventilation shafts and pipes, cesspools, house gullies, waters-closets, privies, latrines and urinals [and bathing and washing places] [These words were inserted by Bombay 5 of 1905, Section 32(1).] which do not belong to the corporation, or which have been constructed, erected or set up at the charge of the municipal fund on premises not belonging to the corporation, for the use or benefit of the owner or occupier of the said premises, shall be open to inspection and examination by the Commissioner.
