- Every owner of a drain connected with a municipal drain [or other place legally set apart for the discharge of drainage] [These words were inserted by Bombay 5 of 1905, Section 14(1).] shall be bound to allow the use of it to others, or to admit other persons as joint owners thereof, on such terms as may be prescribed under section 228.
