(i) [ for the words "Standing Committee ", wherever, they occur, the words "Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Committee " and for the word "Commissioner ", wherever it occurs, the words "General Manager " had been substituted; and] [Clause (i) was inserted by Maharashtra 27 of 1999, Section 75, (w.e.f. 23-4-1999).]

(ii) for the words, brackets and figures "sub-section (3) of section 124" in sub-section (4) of section 137, the words, brackets, figures and letters "sub-section (2) of section 460 NN" had been substituted.]
