(1)

The Corporation shall at their ordinary meeting in the month of March appoint fresh members of the Improvements Committee to fill the offices of those previously appointed by them who retire, from time to time, as aforesaid.

(2)

Any councillor who ceases to be a member of the Improvements Committee shall be re-eligible.
