(1)

The Corporation may appoint a Primary Education Consultative Committee.

(2)

Such Committee may be appointed by the Corporation either by itself or in consultation with the State Government.

(3)

The constitution of such Committee shall be as provided by bye-laws made under section 461.

(4)

The Corporation may by any agreement with the State Government in this behalf refer to such Committee for inquiry and report or for opinion any question relating to the purposes of clause (q) of section 61.
